It all began in 1987 for Vince and Joe Lucido. It was then that the brothers launched their namesake business, Lucido Fine Jewelry, within a small storefront in Sterling Heights. Service is such a top priority at the boutiques that even traditional counters have even been altered to further accommodate their clients at their newest location in Birmingham. “We’ve changed our whole mindset,” DeMarco says. “When [clients] come in, they’re not standing at a counter. They’re sitting. We have tables, desks and seating areas, so that when they come in, they don’t feel like it’s just a traditional jewelry store. They’re part of the experience and we’re asking them questions and tailoring to their needs and bringing things to them. We always love to do a champagne toast to celebrate them because it’s exciting and nerve wracking all at the same time.”

DeMarco says, “We really try to make it special for them.”
