1. Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center

The Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center is the perfect spot for Spartan fans. The hotel offers multiple locations for weddings on the East Lansing campus, all located within a short walk from the famous Sparty statue (a great place to take that perfect photo)! Locations include the multiple rooms inside the hotel, the MSU Stadium Tower, the MSU Union, and the MSU Alumni Memorial Chapel. Their different packages can host anywhere from 85 to 600 guests and include catering, drinks, brunch, and more.

2. The Cadillac Room 

Just south of Downtown Lansing in REO Town, the Cadillac Room offers 4,500 square feet of space for weddings and events. With an industrial feel, historic bowling alley floors, and unique features like a sunken social lounge and garage doors connecting multiple smaller rooms, the Cadillac Room offers a fun, unique vibe for your special day. The venue offers weekday and weekend packages for up to 240 guests with a variety of included features. 

3. Lansing Center

Located along the Grand River in Downtown Lansing, the Lansing Center is perfectly located for the ideal Lansing wedding. The venue, which can host events with thousands of attendees, features elegant ballrooms, a riverfront gazebo, catering services, A/V assistance, and equipment rental. The Lansing Center is also attached to the Double Tree by Hilton Lansing hotel, conveniently close for all of your overnight guests. 

4. Country Club of Lansing

The Country Club of Lansing is located west of downtown and offers wedding planning services in addition to a beautiful location, custom menus, and more. With a capacity of up to 200 people and multiple outdoor and indoor location options, the Country Club of Lansing is a classic and elegant option in Lansing.

Hidden Gem Event Center

This indoor/outdoor event center in Holt, Mich., has capacity for up to 200 guests depending on event layout and location, and offers both catering and bar services. Hidden Gem Event Center packages include use of their indoor banquet room, dressing room, and patio and garden (weather permitting). Their outdoor space overlooks a charming pond, making it a picture perfect ceremony spot. 

5. Morgan Acres Farm Wedding and Events

Morgan Acres Farm, located in Dewitt, Mich., is a five acre property with lush gardens and a historic farm house built in 1892. Their packages vary and include rehearsals, ceremonies, and reception services. Additional touches can be requested, including clear umbrellas, gold chargers, or bistro lighting. 

6. MSU Horticulture Gardens

The Michigan State University Horticulture Gardens can be rented for unique outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions. Set amongst thousands of blooming flowers, there are multiple locations to choose from that include their 2 to 3 acre garden spaces, an arboretum, a conservatory, large tents, and more. The gardens can host weddings for up to 250 people, or more for additional fees. Located in the heart of MSU’s campus in East Lansing, the gardens are a beautiful spot to commemorate your special day. 

7. Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center

Located in Bath, Mich., the Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center offers two wedding ceremony locations: the Wedding Chapel at Hawk Hollow or the Wedding Garden at the golf club. With capacity for up to 450 guests, the center also offers six banquet rooms with access to outdoor spaces ideal for reception celebrations.

8. Hidden Grove Estate

This mid-century modern bed & breakfast is also one of the state’s most unique wedding venues. Hidden Grove Estate offers packages for intimate elopements as well as larger celebrations for up to 150 guests, as well as a honeymoon add-on that provides discounted stays at partner properties in Lake Leelanau, Siesta Key, Fla., and St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands.

9. Michigan Princess Riverboat

For those looking for a unique wedding experience, the Michigan Princess Riverboat is the perfect choice.
