“BBQ is one of our specialty items that we do, and we do it really well,” Vandermeer says. “We have the right smokers, great meat suppliers, and offer a great overall experience. We carve our beef brisket in front of guests at weddings, at no charge. I love that interaction with guests. We’ve even had guests from Texas tell us it was one of the best briskets they’ve ever had.”
When it comes to weddings or other special events, KJ Catering works with each couple to develop the right combination of services and menu items.
