Wedding stationery and retail store Rock Paper Scissors was named in honor of the competitive natures of owner and founder Lisa Roberts and her husband  – in particular for the game they played at their wedding ceremony. It’s that drive and fun-loving attitude that led Roberts to start designing wedding invitations and open her flagship store in Ann Arbor, Mich. In addition to custom wedding stationery, the store sells one-of-a-kind Michigan and pop culture-centric gift boxes, as well as apparel, bath & body items, candles, cards, mugs, and more.

“Everything that we do, whether it’s at the store or in real life, we want it to be special, exciting, and a celebration,” Roberts says. “Paper products like wedding stationery are a great way to start that celebration. Rock Paper Scissors offers a wide variety of paper stationery treatments, from digital printing  and screen printing to engraving, letterpress and foil. The team also prides themselves on providing a personal and seamless experience for couples. Each couple receives a one-on-one, collaborative chat with their own design coordinator. The team takes the time to get to know you and understand what you want for the look and feel of your wedding. They then connect couples with in-house designers or local illustrators who can bring your dream to life and help you choose options to stay on budget without sacrificing quality.
