Charming and rustic with a hint of modern, The Waddell Center — a highly desirable downtown Grand Rapids wedding venue featuring antique brick accents and wood beamed ceilings — is a spectacular destination for your wedding ceremony and reception. Custom designed by local architects, the Waddell Center can accommodate ceremonies for groups of 130 guests or fewer, up to 250 guests for banquet-style seating, and up to 300 guests for open-house style events. Ample free parking is available on-site. Our professional event coordinators will help you pick the perfect menu and bar from our exclusive caterer, Distinctive Catering. We will also make your planning easier by introducing you to a variety of easy-to-work-with vendors for centerpieces, chair covers, photographers, DJs, and more. Our off-premise Bar Service Packages may be used in conjunction with our award-winning food catering or as a standalone service. We offer five all-inclusive packages in addition to plenty of customization options, including special order products, signature drinks, and more for a flat price per person! Our fully-trained, TIPS-certified bartenders will travel anywhere in West, Southwest, or Central Michigan to serve your guests in a professional and hospitable manner.
