The hotel features three different ballrooms, and can host weddings with up to 350 guests or 250 for catered weddings. The Waterfront Ballroom is the hotel’s showstopping space – with 3,600 square feet, exclusive outdoor deck with accordion-style doors, and state of the art audio-visual equipment. Couples also have the option of hosting their ceremony on the lawn and also have first-come, first-serve access to a private boat slip. Couples often use the boat slip for grand entrances or photos during cocktail hour.

The team at the Holiday Inn Grand Haven-Spring Lake-Muskegon has created a wedding package designed to help couples simplify the wedding planning process. Included in the package is the venue’s spaces, tables, chairs, tableware, upgraded linens, a dance floor, and room rental for the couple.

Couples can choose five appetizers, unlimited drinks, choice of two entrees with two sides – and also can include a late-night snack. Many couples also include a large rehearsal dinner or day-after brunch.
