Food trucks have exploded in popularity in recent years, which means there are many options to choose from, and not every food truck is equipped for catering large groups. Their brand of Swahili Mexican Fusion offers something unique and delicious, and they are currently booking events for 2024!

Hand-tossed pizza is a guaranteed win for any wedding, and Pizza Parliament offers a wide variety of options with fun government-themed names like “Majority Leader,” “Green Party,” and “Straight Ticket.” With three food trucks, they have increased availability to cater weddings across West Michigan.

4. Hero Or Villain Deli Food Truck

The Hero or Villain Deli Food Truck offers fun and delicious superhero-themed sandwiches. All of their sandwiches are named after iconic comic or cartoon characters — and make a perfect option for partners who love nostalgic vibes. Some of their sandwich options include the “Thor,” a turkey, cheddar, bacon sandwich on grilled sourdough, as well as the “KingPin,” a chicken and mozzarella sandwich with a pesto aioli.

9. Cordwood BBQ

Cordwood BBQ is a local Traverse City barbecue catering company that offers multiple menu options for your event. Cordwood BBQ uses only Michigan-harvested wood for smoking their meat. Their menu includes seasonal ingredients and fresh sauces made in-house.

10. Cheese & Company

Everyone loves cheese! The Cheese & Company Food Truck is based out of Petoskey, Mich., and offers unique grilled cheese sandwiches, including the delicious Jalapeno Poppa sandwich, as well as mac and cheese, rice bowls, and amazing shareables like cheese curds.
