Unique & Fun Summer Wedding Decor Ideas
1. Disco balls
You don’t even need to have a retro theme like the wedding shown above! We personally believe every wedding needs a little sparkle and shine! What better way to do that than hanging disco balls as part of your decor? Not only will they look amazing in photos (especially flash photography), but these will definitely get your guests in the mood to party!
2. Go overboard with colorful flowers
More is more! We are obsessed with the look of these flowers and think they would make a great addition to your summer wedding ceremony decor. Can you imagine how amazing it would smell if you got married under this many flowers? Heaven on Earth.

3. Get creative with your centerpieces
These melted glass terrarium bowls are incredible. They’re super unique looking, and really beautiful. With these as your centerpieces, you don’t need anything else in the middle of the table. These check off all of the boxes! As a plus, succulents are way cheaper than flowers, and they make for stunning home decor that you and your partner can take home after.
4. Popsicle favors
These special 21+ popsicles will be just the thing to keep your guests refreshed at your reception! Instead of going for classic shot favors, get creative and offer some alcoholic popsicles instead. These will be a hit, trust us. The nostalgia will be in the air while eating these, tying in the fun of childhood into your adulthood!
5. Floral arch with lights
Go big with your overhead table decor! Some people hang flowers on strings, some people make tunnels of them! The choice is up to you, but we love the look of these flowers tied in with the twinkly lights. These give off fairytale wedding vibes so you’re sure to feel like queen you are on your big day!

6. Consider a tea length dress
Let those ankles breathe honey! If you’re having an outdoor summer wedding, you may want to consider a tea-length wedding dress! These are really chic and give off major Marilyn Monroe vibes that are sure to leave your wedding guests jaws on the floor! This is a great compromise if you’re debating on having a reception dress to dance in because you’re preferred wedding dress style is floor length! This dress length gives you the freedom to dance without tripping or ripping your wedding dress, and will keep you cool in the summer heat.
7. Have a summer themed signature drink
Again, we love all the popsicle ideas! Aren’t these so cute though? Consider having a cute summer signature cocktail like the one above to give your guests a small taste of nostalgia. Like we mentioned above, we love the idea of incorporating your childhood into your wedding day, and what easier way to do that than through foods and drinks you used to love?
