The average summer high is around 76 degrees, making it near-perfect weather for summer bachelorette parties. However, our favorite time of year for a bachelorette party in TC is early September, when the weather is still lovely but most summer visitors have left.

It’s located on the edge of town, providing quick access to town but the quiet and privacy of a more secluded location.

Traverse City has two main public beaches: Traverse City State Park Beach and Clinch Park Beach. Both locations will fill up early during peak summer months, so we recommend claiming your beach spot with the bride crew early! If you don’t mind driving and would like a beach that is a bit more secluded, we recommend heading over to Sleeping Bear Beach near Glen Arbor.
